Considered details.
Ready to repeat.

Our team helps connect the character of individual spaces with the consistency, quantities and coordination a development needs.

01

Set the standard for each type

Build a clear lighting approach around the architecture, interiors and use of each residence or building type. Separate the original design from adaptations so repeated layouts can follow an agreed standard.

02

Refine the representative space

Use a representative unit or zone to review appearance, mounting, finish and control intent before wider rollout. Where included, our team can support the design review through practical installation input.

03

Connect homes and shared spaces

Give arrival, circulation, landscape and communal facilities a coherent relationship with the residences. Different spaces can have their own atmosphere while feeling part of one development.

04

Keep procurement aligned with construction

Translate the approved schedule into phase-by-phase quantities and product decisions. Review alternatives against the design, technical requirements and destination, with lead times and delivery needs considered alongside the programme.

Work with your team.
Build on what is already there.

Choose design only, sourcing and supply from your existing specification, or a combined package.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Project questions.

Can we use our own architect or lighting designer?

Yes. Our team can complement an existing design team with sourcing and supply, or take on the agreed lighting design scope. The appointment reflects how you want to work.

Can we start with one phase?

Yes. A defined phase or representative type can be a useful starting point within the wider development. We agree how the design, review and procurement decisions will carry into later phases.

How is the proposal structured?

Your proposal sets out the selected design and supply services, deliverables and programme. Optional installation support is added to a design package, with review time, visits and travel costs identified.
